White Ash Formations plans and builds the landscape, hardscape and structures of a home as one project, so grading, drainage, walls, heated drives, outdoor living and the planting on top all fit together.
On select projects, we build from plans by our design partner, Landform Design Group (LFDG) (opens in a new tab), a Salt Lake City landscape architecture and design studio, and handle the excavation, hardscape, planting and trades that bring the design to life.

Jason White has spent 27 years in construction, with a name built on concrete, remodeling and fine finish work. Scott Ashcraft brings 40 years of experience in custom home building and high-end remodeling, and leads the construction side in partnership with Sawtooth Build. Together they handle landscape, hardscape, excavation and construction, based in Northern Utah with projects statewide.
